What are the FEES involved with a debt settlement program?

There are two types of fees associated with this program.

The first is an upfront, ONE-TIME representation fee. This encompasses signing you up and getting into contact with all necessary creditors as well as maintaining your account for the length of your involvement with us.
The second fee is only taken AFTER we settle with a creditor for you and the creditor has been paid. This fee will come out of your balance of funds in your client trust account.
